Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, please review your order details carefully before submitting your order.
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is an error on our part.
This includes products customized with:
- Names, initials, or dates
- Photos, logos, or artwork
- Uploaded design files
- Personalized text or messages
- Custom layouts or design details
Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel, change, refund, or return a custom order.
Please Review Before Ordering
Before placing your order, please carefully check all personalization details, including:
- Spelling and punctuation
- Names, dates, and event information
- Artwork, photo, or logo placement
- Product size, quantity, and color options
- Customization areas and design layout
We are not responsible for mistakes in customer-submitted or customer-approved designs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To help us review your issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable
Once we review the details, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other solution if applicable.
Production or Design Errors
If there is an error caused by For Matches, we will work with you to make it right.
This may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Please note that we are not responsible for design errors that were submitted, uploaded, or approved by the customer.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.
We will assist you in reviewing the tracking information and filing a claim with the shipping carrier when applicable.
Please note that For Matches is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping Address Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
